We contacted LGM at 10:30 am in the morning and we had two movers onsite by 1 pm that afternoon to unload the truck. Unlike other companies, Clay, the owner of Later Gator Moving, LLC , was willing to move a small load out of state at a reasonable cost. I am truly happy with the service I received.Clay, is responsive, helpful, and punctual. He and John handled the moving of various articles from Gainesville to a condo in MD. I would definitely hire Later Gator for any move! Tim & Austin were efficient, polite, handled everything with care, were prepared with supplies, and very knowledgeable and experienced. Moving from a third floor with no elevator, I couldn’t have asked for a better crew! Especially in the middle of June in the Florida heat! They arrived on time and got straight to work and didn’t stop for five straight hours until the work was complete. I appreciate this kind of work so much and would recommend to anyone I know! After calling another respected moving company in Gainesville to move all my heavy shop equipment and not getting a return response I called Clay at Later Gator Moving. They were out of this world. The staff was very honest, helpful , and fast to get things done and moved. They took well care of my belongings letting me know every step they were doing. I i offered to help and they were like we have this and they did.they did not stop till the job was done they took down my belongings and set everything back up without breaking anything or even co close. I had a three bedroom apartment and two stories.with very heavy pieces of furniture. Including an all in one washer and dryer, which was upstairs. When the left to come to my new house they did not make any extra stops and got right back to work. Moving companies I used vin the past left me with broken items and where never on time and where not able to to trust if you want a group of people that to trust and do the job right this would be the company to go with. They work and let you sit back and relax.

LaterGator movers arrived early, moved my 3bedroom house with office, moved out of the old and into the new in about 5 hours, placing all the furniture in the new house, set up all the furniture and put together all the beds, including an air bed. As I had requested, they also dropped off a glass hutch at another address. Nothing was broken or damaged. This is my 2nd perfect move by LaterGator, very reasonable rate, adjusted the price down because they didn’t use all the time they estimated they would need. I selected Later Gator based on BBB reviews and I’m so glad I did!! I had mixed up the date when I scheduled the move but Clay scrambled and got a crew out right away. Tim and Eli have been working so hard in the Florida humidity. They made a stop at my storage unit to drop off some stuff and are delivering to my second floor apartment right now. Do NOT go with the cheapest company, that’s probably a broker who will screw you to high heaven. Go with the local company where the owner comes out to do the estimate and comes by the day of to check on things. No surprise charges, no holding your stuff hostage, no nonsense. Just great service.

Had a super rush job and Later Gator saved me. I had 2 1000lb rolls of turf get delivered to my business that was just left outside despite me paying the company for it to be brought inside. Before I begin my review, I must preface it with my experience. My family has their own moving company which was established about 100 years ago. I have watched grandfather, father, uncles and cousins do moving jobs and load and unload trucks.With that preface, I will say I was very impressed with Later Gators. When I let him know, he informed me if they were able to get it done quickly the price would go down. He ended up sending a third guy for free and was able to meet by budget. Later Gator Moving has provided a professional, punctual and polite service. The workers are kind and diligent. The owners are always working toward the best interest in the consumer which you can tell by the quality of employees. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a moving service. I have always used later gator. I’ve used them when I moved apartments and when i purchased my new home they were there to move me as well.They have always been professional and personable. My fiancé and I love using them.

Randy & G were amazing and real blessing to work with. They were both extremely polite with yes sir and no sir with every question. Wonderful movers. Sent 3 guys who worked really hard loading up my house and garage and unloading everything in my new home. Entire move took over 9 hours. They were very careful with my belongings. Very polite and accommodating. Would definitely recommend Later Gator Movers.

These guys are the real deal! From my initial call with Clay to moving a VERY heavy safe with Randy and Hunter my expectations were exceeded. Randy and Elijah were tremendous. They treated me with courtesy, professionalism, and were extremely friendly, good natured men. The owner, Clay, went way beyond what he was contracted to do, after I was mistaken about our agreed upon date to move. Clay’s flexibility and the work ethic of his staff helped complete our move in record time. I’m very very satisfied. Nice truck, too!

Randy and Mario were great. Both were very nice and polite, and the move was pretty quick and easy. I was really stressed out about moving but they made the whole process less stressful.
